Yesterday the Dutch Minister for Foreign Affairs, Bert Koenders sent a letter to the Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki expressing his condolences to all those affected by the devastating floods in Skopje and Tetovo.
“On behalf of the Netherlands, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the government and people of the Republic of Macedonia. Our thoughts are with those who lost relatives and friends, with the wounded and those who have lost their homes “, said Koenders in the letter.
The Dutch Foreign Minister also wished the citizens of Macedonia the strength and courage in dealing with the aftermath of the tragedy.
