The TV channel “National Geographic”, which recently ceased to broadcast in Macedonia, is interested in making the TV reconstruction of the crash that killed President Boris Trajkovski and his associates near Mostar, stated chief investigator of the Commission which investigated the crash, Omer Kulik, who presented the report on Trajkovski’s death in Sarajevo on Tuesday.
The plane crashed on 26th of February 2004, a few kilometers from Mostar Airport, and then burst into flames. All passengers were killed on the spot.
Two black boxes were found at the crash site, and, on its website, Bosnian newspaper “Dnevni avaz” published an audio recording of the reconstruction of the conversation between the pilot, co-pilot and air traffic control in Mostar, which was then under the command of French SFOR contingent.
