Mukoski: The court has no basis to place me in custody

Krsto Mukoski, a VMRO-DPMNE MP, while arriving at the Criminal Court today for his testimony before a pre-trial judge, said that the court has no grounds to detain him.

“There is no basis for custody, but we will have to allow the court to rule and have the last word”, said Mukoski briefly, adding that he regularly appeared in court and believes in Justice.

Earlier, MP Žaklina Peshevska and MP Johan Tarculovski arrived at court for a hearing with Judge Vesna Dimishkova.

MPs Sašo Vasilievski, Ljuben Araundov and Ljupco Dimovski should arrive at court at 12 o’clock for a hearing with Judge Nenad Saveski.

The Basic Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption, are charging 6 MPs for being a terrorist threat to the constitutional order and security, during the violent events that occurred in Parliament on April 27th.
