The civil association “Most” will monitor the elections tomorrow with more than 3.000 observers which will cover 55% of the total number of polling places.
-The static observers (2.664) will be monitoring the elections, the process of closing and votes counting as well as the finalizing the administrative operations by the election boards. Serving as logistics for the static observers there will be 120 mobile teams, and 80 observers will be monitoring the work of municipality election commissions including the State Election Commission – as was stated by the president of “Most” Darko Aleksov at today’s press-conference.
In accordance with the instructions provided by SEC, “Most” reminded that the voting will happen by using a blue ink and by circling the selection. If voting with another ink, the ballot will be considered to be non-valid.
Aleksov added that “Most” is also monitoring today’s early voting by sick, the dislodged persons, and prison inmates. Apart from the delaying the ballots, no other irregularities were noticed. If any irregularities are noticed the public will be notified today or during the preliminary reports tomorrow.

The association “Most’have appealed for holding fair and democratic elections, and the citizens to vote by their own will because the election I free with a guaranteed secrecy of their vote.
