MOI attempted to film court hearing of the “Affair Factory” case

-

Three members from the Ministry of Interior (MOI) attempted to film the “Affair Factory” case in court today where they caused quite a scandal, as they had no authorization to do so. They had to stop filming after Judge Gordana Spirevska intervened angrily, and ordered them to delete everything they had filmed. This high profile case involves Zahir Beqiri, who is the first defendant, and otherwise known as Chaush.

“How dare you? Isn’t it your job to protect the court? Who gave you permission to film in the courtroom? Reacted the judge, reported “Akademik.mk”.

One of the men from the Ministry of Interior replied that they had been ordered by a senior officer, after which the judge asked that the recordings be deleted immediately. The judge then made sure the recordings were deleted after having the camera checked.

The three police officers remained in the courtroom.
