The Director of the Public Security Bureau, which is under the MOI, Mitko Chavkov, boasted yesterday and today on his facebook profile that he had attended training exercises for the Rapid Deployment Unit (RDU) and published photos. Today, he published a seven minute long video from the training exercises with a lot of shooting.
The RDU were training at Penush, near Štip, as part of their regular training for special police units from the Ministry, had exercises in shooting with armoured carriers.
Chavkov, who came to his position after he was Minister of Interior, often publishes video footage from RDU training exercises.
