Mickoski: Let’s prevent any attempt to elude the will of the citizens

-

After a four-hour long leaders’ meeting at the MPs Clubhouse, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski said that the leaders of the four largest political parties are getting closer on some issues with their viewpoints, and other issues, they are not.

He urged for real European values to be realistic, not declarative, and that all parties should act according to those values.

“It means respecting the laws and the Constitution. Let’s prevent any attempt to elude the will of the citizens, that is, to prevent the ballot question for the referendum to have multiple meanings”, said Mickoski.

When asked whether the issue of an amnesty was on the negotiating table, he said it was another rough attempt to manipulate the public.

Mickoski today announced that a meeting of the Central and Executive Committee of VMRO-DPMNE is to be held and a meeting with the parliamentary group where they will discuss the future steps of the party and positions for the next leader’s meeting.
