Mickoski – Garrett: VMRO-DPMNE will participate in the reforms, but only if conditions are created for it

-

Today, the president of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski met with the ambassador of Great Britain in Macedonia, Charles Garrett, where they discussed strategic priorities for the country, the current political situation and the reform processes.

The party informs that at the meeting, Mickoski emphasized that VMRO-DPMNE will be a constructive factor in building the political environment for the implementation of the reforms that should improve that standard of living and that such constructiveness is based on principled and reasonable bases.

Mickoski pointed out that in order to realize this, dialogue with the government is needed, and that process itself is a two-way street for the fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities.

“He noted that the political persecution that the government is carrying out is a very serious problem and that it is an obstacle to the movement of social processes that are at a standstill. At the same time, it was pointed out that the party’s parliamentary group will not participate in the work of the Parliament until certain conditions are created for the normal, democratic functioning of this institution”, said VMRO-DPMNE.
