LDP: The “Swarovski” Judiciary System is eroding our Jusitice System

-

“The government are eroding the quality, professionalism and the morale of the Judiciary System in Macedonia”, said a statement from the LDP.

Secretary General of the Forum for Women from the LDP, Danica Chadieva accused the Judiciary of “ making a network of family, whether it be marital and extramarital to form their own web of party affiliated Judges”.

“Today, from the 770 judges there are in Macedonia, about 400 of them were selected during the rule of this government. In such a chaotic, custom case system, how are citizens expected to receive fair decisions based on the law, decisions that are correctly applied by meaningful law?” Asked Chadieva at the LDP debate in Sveti Nikole.

According to the LDP, the existence of a parallel Special Public Prosecutor is proof that the judicial system in Macedonia does not function and that the judiciary is far from independent.

“The greatest proof that the Judiciary System in Macedonia does not exist, at least not independently is Katica Janeva and her team. The fact that a Special Prosecutor is working on cases which in all other countries the Public Prosecution works on, is more proof that Mr Zvrlevski should have left years ago”, said Chadieva.
