The Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje today afternoon with a statement informed that criminal charges for unauthorized wiretapping submitted by SDSM party leader Zoran Zaev, his deputy Radmila Shekerinska, Stevo Pendarovski, Oliver Spasovski, Tito Petkovski and Andrej Zhernovski, “were taken into consideration.”

“The applicants to the criminal charges are summoned, some of them are heard before the public prosecutor and taking other actions in order to collect relevant information and evidence to decide on criminal charges is ongoing,” reads the statement.

Prosecution informed that measures are taken and published recordings and materials “for which is said that apparently come from the application of special investigative measures,” but the statement did not specify which recordings and materials are concerned.

Whether it is a matter of recordings published by the opposition, the footages of the meeting between Nikola Gruevski and Zoran Zaev in the prime minister’s office, which were announced on the video network “YouTube” or recordings of conversations between Ljube Boshkoski and unknown person before the 2011 elections, which were also found on the video network.

“Public Prosecutor reports that orders to the competent authorities to take measures and actions are issued in order to conduct checks and to gather information about who, when and how materials were published, their origin, and any other legally relevant data” reads the statement.
