Will Gruevski answer for mobbing on Janakieski?

-

In audio recordings yesterday released by Zoran Zaev, it is heard as Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski presses Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski to give an opinion on something that Janakieski considered wrong to do and are constantly trying to get out of it, and says:

But, president, it cannot be done.
But there isn’t a commission…
But it is nonsense. It is out of … extending the stamp…
But that is changing the DUP. There is no such technical error…
But what, what can they give him, a letter?
But, no, president, there is no legal possibility.
But, not an opinion, president … So I do not know how to explain.
But, president, based on the …the… the plan should give statement…

This is how Janakieski responds to Gruevski’s pressure, who said:

Come on, if we can do this thing with the facade of EVN and the “City Gallery” as a technical error …
The responsibility lies with the person who will accept the opinion. This opinion is peanuts. No responsibility for an opinion given.
You’re not an Assembly, and give an authentic interpretation. You give your own opinion. Your opinion can be this, that, wrong, correct, but, well, so you thought.
But I do not want you to think that I push you to do a crime…

According to Protection Act of harassment in the workplace, the victim can sue and obtain financial damages.

Under the definition, mobbing is pressure on staff or psychological terror in the workplace. It consists of “hostile and unethical communication, often on an individual who is placed in a state of helplessness, unable to defend himself. The condition can be determined as a systematic and organized campaign for a person to be fired from work.”

The term was coined from two English words: “mob”, which means scoundrel, and “mobish” meaning rude, vulgar.

Finance Minister Zoran Stavreski complains to the Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska from the behavior of the Prime Minister towards him and several ministers and that he makes them sign a contract with a Chinese company to build roads without tender.

ZS: He make us do something illegal. Not I, Milan and Vlado should sign with the Chinese, but they don’t want to sign. And they are right.
ZS: Even if we are wrong, mind you, even if, is that the way to behave with three of your co-workers?
GJ: Yes, of course. But not only that. If someone feels uncomfortable, it means there is a reason.
ZS: Do you know what they have to sign? Contract with a Chinese company that will build roads without a tender. They have to sign that.
