Karakachanov: North Macedonia will be waiting on the porch if the issue with Goce Delchev is not solved

-

North Macedonia will stand in the hall and will be waiting, said today the Bulgarian Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Krasimir Karakachanov in front of the journalists who were waiting for him at the Government, informs the Top novini web portal. He also said that Macedonia has done something really stupid by celebrating the 11th of October.

he said that he still hasn’t seen what was being discussed during the last meeting of the joint Bulgarian-Macedonian commission for historical issues, and when asked whether the issue with Goce Delchev can be surpassed somehow, he said that he will never get to agree to make a compromise with the Bulgarian history.

-When there is no chance they will be standing on the porch and will be waiting. I shall never agree with the fact that we have done a compromise with the Bulgarian history so the politicians from Skopje could go and brag in Brussels – said Karakachanov.

According to him, several days ago North Macedonia has done something really stupid by celebrating the 11th of October or the “uprising against the Bulgarian fascist occupier” and was asking why aren’t the Macedonians celebrating 20th of April 1941 when “the Macedonian nation greeted the Bulgarian armies with bread and salt”
