The Public Prosecution has launched a pre-trial procedure regarding the person that conducted the illegal wiretapping of landlines at the Prosecution’s offices in the period between 30th of September 2016 until yesterday.

The telephone conversations were recorded on two hard discs, announced the Public prosecutor, Ljubomir Joveski.

The investigation will determine who has done the recordings, with what purpose and whether the wire tapped conversations were taken out or were erased.

The Telephone central was acquired through a tender and was located in a special room at the Public Prosecution’s offices.

Because the investigation is underway, Joveski didn’t want to reveal more details regarding the case.
