Apart from Parliament, according to the law, the SPO has to file its report to the Council of Public Prosecutors.

Since its formation on the 15th of September 2015, this is the third six-monthly report by the Special Public Prosecutor, Katica Janeva.

In September, last year, during the presentation of the SPO’s second report in Parliament, Janeva was fiercely attacked by a group of MPs from VMRO-DPMNE. After a few sessions, the Special Public Prosecutor, left the discussion of the Commission for political systems and relations between ethnic communities and accused VMRO-DPMNE’s MPs of mobbing.
