The Special Public Prosecutor, Katica Janeva, is feeling better today, however, it is still unknown whether she will attend the session at the Committee of Political Systems and Inter-Ethnic Relations, said the SPO to “Meta”.

Yesterday evening, after two days of reviewing  the second report on the work of the SPO, and after answering MPs questions, Janeva fell ill and left the session.

“I am really sorry that due to my health condition, I had to leave the session of the Committee on Political Systems and Inter-Ethnic Relations and I apologize to all MPs that today I was unable to attend the session anymore”, said Special Public Prosecutor Janeva.

The SPO stated yesterday that they had requested medical assistance for the Special Prosecutor and that she is under medical supervision and control.

The Committee session was rescheduled to continue today at 13:00.
