Interim Prime Minister and leaders of 40 parties kept waiting for 40 minutes for Gruevski to show up

The Interim Prime Minister,Emil Dimitriev whose responsibilities including the upcoming elections, the Minister for Foreign Affairs Nikola Poposki, Minister of Finance, Zoran Stavreski, and the leaders of 30 party members from the coalition ‘For a Better Macedonia’, were today kept waiting for 40 minutes by VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski, before they could start a meeting which had been scheduled for 12:00 noon at the Porta “Macedonia”.

The meeting was attended by the President of the party GROM (Citizens Option for Macedonia), Stevco Jakimovski, the President of the Union of the Roma in Macedonia, Amdi Bajram, and Ivan Stoilijkovik, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Serbs in Macedonia.

Prior to the meeting starting none of the political leaders present were prepared to speak to the media

According to an unofficial source, it is understood that the party presidents will welcome the decision to call elections on June 5 at the meeting.

Until recently, ‘For a better Macedonia’ party leaders from the DS and the DOM, Pavle Trajanov and Liljana Popovska participated in the coalition, but due to the political crisis in the country, they left the ruling coalition.
