European Commissioner for neighbor policy and for pre-accession negotiations, Johannes Hahn, together with the three MEPs Ivo Vajgl, Richard Howitt and Eduard Kukan, will arrive on Monday for the talks in Skopje, in order to continue the mediation between the political parties VMRO-DPMNE and SDSM for overcoming the political situation in The Republic of Macedonia, writes MIA.
Hahn comes in Macedonia after last week’s talks in Strasbourg between the Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and the leader of the opposition SDSM Zoran Zaev.
The cabinet of the Commissioner Hahn confirmed the information that he soon plans to visit Macedonia, but said that tomorrow they will announce when exactly he will arrive in Skopje.
However, according to the three MEPs, who also mediate in government-opposition negotiations in Macedonia, Hahn would have come on Monday, for when at the Parliamentary Club, a new round of talks between Gruevski and Zaev have been scheduled, and which will also be attended by the Albanian political leaders, Menduh Tachi and Ali Ahmeti.
