Hahn on October 14 Will Be In Skopje For Talks With Leaders Of The Parties And Katica Janeva

The European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn will be visiting Macedonia next Friday, October 14, Maja Kocijancic, spokeswoman for the European Commission, confirmed for “Meta”.

According to recent announcements, while in Skopje, Hahn will be meeting the leaders of the largest political parties, with the Special Prosecutor, Katica Janeva and the civil society.

The information about Hahn’s visit comes after the ruling majority in Parliament did not support the Special Public Prosecutor’s requests for amendments to the Law on the SPO, for extensions on the deadlines for investigations, and a change in the Law on Witness Protection.

The European Commissioner who mediated in the adoption of the Pržino Agreement, during his stay in the country he is expected to speak about the obstructions in the SPO, preparation of elections and the dissolution of Parliament.
