Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, accompanied by Zoran Stavreski, Nikola Todorov, Nikola Popovski, Ilija Dimovski and Martin Protoger have just arrived at the residence of the European Union in Przhino.
It is expected that EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn will have a separate meeting with representatives of the ruling party.
After then end of this meeting representatives from DUI should arrive. and then representatives from DPA.
After they complete all individual meetings a joint leadership meeting is expected to be held.
SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, after their meeting with Hahn said he laid out their arguments on the table and added that if there isn’t conditions for crystal clear elections, they should not be held at all.
“The opposition is the most important factor to ensure clean pre elections and election days. I think even the Prime Minister knows that there is not enough time to upgrade the electoral roll and that deadlines are closing in”, said Zaev.
