Gruevski manages to avoid prosecution in the Trajectory case

Due to the absolute statute of limitations against the former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski in the case of Trajectory, he will not be held accountable for malversations regarding the building of highways Kichevo-Ohrid and Miladinovci – Stip stated the judge.

All legal fees related to this procedure against Gruevski will be paid from the state budget.

The attorney assigned to defend Gruevski, Goran Krkinski has filed a request where an expiration was stated as 6 years have passed since the felony.

Today’s trial in the case of Trajectory didn’t take place because of the expert’s health problems.

The trial will continue with Vladimir Peshevski, Mile Janakieski, and Ljupco Georgievski.
