Gruevski and Veljanoski meet with MPs and the VMRO-DPMNE coalition in Parliament

-

Antonio Milošoski, an MP for VMRO-DPMNE, shared a photo on his Facebook profile of the MPs from the Coalition for a Better Macedonia in the President’s Cabinet in Parliament, where the current Speaker of Parliament, Trajko Veljanoski is seated at the head of the table and beside him, the leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Nikola Gruevski.

Milošoski wrote that the MPs were there to “reaffirm” the views of the party which they constantly repeat, namely, that each MP has a mandate and duty “to respect and protect” the Rules and Regulations, laws and the Constitution. The attempt to elect a Parliament Speaker violated the Rules and Regulations and the law, making it illegal. Macedonia in these difficult times and sensitive moments does not need an illegal Parliament Speaker, an illegal Government and the creation of difficult political precedence.

Milošoski also wrote that “political violence, nor physical violence in Parliament can be justified, but also, due to violent individuals, no one has the right to call a peaceful people, terrorists.”
