The Minister of Interior, Oliver Spasovski has signed an agreement for a donation from his colleague from the Czech republic, Jan Hamachek.
– With the Agreement for the use of the financial donation in the amount of almost one million euros, we are continuing towards the accomplishment of mutual goals, and those are the high and qualitative security standards in the interest of the citizens. The financial assets are planned for activities towards strengthening of the capacities of the Departments for border affairs and migrations, for fighting organized crime including the air force units at the Republic of North Macedonia’s Ministry of Interior – said Spasovski.
Apart from the financial aid, for several years, police officers from the Czech Republic are assisting our police at our Southern border.
