The former Interior Minister Gordana Januloska received a PhD in the field of security. She did her doctoral at the Security Faculty in Skopje on the doctoral thesis on “Modern methods in combating transnational financial crime.”
Due her to progress in science and new academic title, Gordana Jankulovska posted on her Facebook profile about her recent achievements, written in Macedonian and English: “From today, Dr Gordana Jankulovska.”
Jankulovska resigned her post as Minister of the Interior in May, a few days after the events in Divo Naselje in Kumanovo, where eight members of the Interior Ministry’s special forces were killed.
She is just one of the former officials of the Government of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, whose names and phone calls are most frequently mentioned in the “bombs” released by the opposition SDSM.
This week Ms Jankulovska is scheduled to testify before the Inquiry Committee on the wire-tapping scandal, but has yet to respond to the invitation.
