British Ambassador Charles Garret wrote on his Twitter page, equality before the law, all 56 pardons have to be annulled.

We support a complete, not a partial annulment the EU and the US Embassies have said in Macedonia too.
President Gjorgi Ivanov annulled 22 pardons out of the 56 he granted on April 12. The others who were not named in his decision will have to personally submit requests to have their pardons withdrawn.
