All citizens and companies that will not comply to government’s decree for mandatory wearing personal protection equipment on public places starting from the 30th of April risk of being fined. Those that will not obey the measures for covering their nose and mouth will be fined 20 euros.
The companies that will not provide protective gear for their employees, can be fined up to 2000 euros while heads of companies will have to pay 1000 euros, informs the government’s press service.
The government stressed that during the forthcoming week the citizens and the companies will be warned only if they don’t adhere to the measures for wearing protective gear.Covering the mouth and nose is mandatory when visiting all public indoor places such as markets, open trading centers, bus stations and narrow alleys.
The Interior Ministry, the State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate, The State Labor Inspectorate and the State Market Inspectorate, are all in charge in the implementation of this measure.
