Basic Court Skopje 1 today passed a final judgment against Z.K., one of the defendants in the case “Puch”, after the draft agreement submitted by the Public Prosecutor for prosecution of organized crime.
“After submitting draft agreement by the Public Prosecutor for prosecution of organized crime and corruption to the criminal court, judge of prior procedure verify the agreement with a judgment for the person Z.K., an employee of MOI, for the crimes of espionage from Article 316 paragraph 4 with Article 24 and unauthorized wiretapping from Article 151, paragraph 4, with paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 45 of the Criminal Code is provided a sentence of three years in prison,” reads the statement of the court.
