At the moment, consultations for the selection of new ministers in the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) are ongoing, and so far there have been no announcements from the VMRO-DPMNE to change the ministerial composition of the party, stated the Cabinet of Interim Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev for “Telma.”
“Prime Minister Emil Dimitriev accepted the resignations of ministers from DUI and according to procedure they were submitted to Parliament. It is the right of the DUI party, if they want to withdraw people from certain positions and submit such proposals for the election of Ministers, they can do so, this process is currently ongoing consultations. From the VMRO-DPMNE to the Government, there has been no announcement or correspondence about the change of ministers in the rows of the parties coalition “For a Better Macedonia”, says the letter from Dimitirev’s Cabinet.
VMRO-DPMNE leader Nikola Gruevski, who today visited Strumica, confirmed that there will be no change in the ministerial structure of his party, because time is short, but he emphasized that there will be changes in the future government.
In connection with the change of Ministers among the DUI party, SDSM Secretary General and Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski believes that the VMRO-DPMNE and the DUI party are playing some sort of political game.
“This situation has been agreed upon by both the DUI and the VMRO-DPMNE and it is a question that should be answered by the two political parties. Do not expect anything spectacular or expect the replacement of certain names that will send an apparent message to the public that they will change”, said Spasovski today in Stip.
Tomorrow, the resignations of ministers and deputy ministers from the DUI is expected to be on the agenda of Parliament.
