Dime Spasov like a ghost at the Ministry: Some see him, some don’t

-

Employees at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, claim that Dime Spasov does not come to work and have not seen him, nor his car, since the day he committed several traffic violations (28 October 2016).

However, Marjan Gievski, Spasov’s spokesman, argued that this was not true. When “Meta” asked him whether the additional Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy goes to work, he replied via SMS: “Yes”.

The Ministry of Interior on October 29, said Spasov caused two car accidents with a “Touareg” vehicle and had fled the scene. Then a different person (M.T.) came forward to the police and told them that they had been driving the vehicle that night, but quickly the police realized that the person did not know the circumstances of the night in question and concluded that he was not the driver.

After a few days (on November 3) Spasov in an interview with “Nova” television, where he claimed that he had left the “Philip II” stadium and turned towards Ilindenska Street, then turned left at the Zoo and duly waited for the light to turn green. While waiting at the traffic light, explained Spasov, an unknown person approached his vehicle and attempted to open the door to the official “Touareg”, threatening the additional Deputy Minister’s life. He tried to escape after the alleged incident, after which he caused several traffic accidents.

On the same day the Interior Ministry filed criminal charges against Dime Spasov.
