The Constitutional Court today announced the agenda for their next session, which will be held on Wednesday. Including the proposed items that will be on the agenda, there will be no discussion on the constitutionality and legality of the Law on the Special Prosecutor’s Office.
United civil movements “I protest” and the “Colourful Revolution”, and the opposition, the SDSM, have asked the opinion of the Constitutional Court on the law on the SPO, which is one of their key requirements in their demands. They declared that if their demands are not met by June the 18th, “citizens will take justice into their own hands and in their own way”.
Today, the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia again urged the Constitutional Court to immediately uphold the constitutionality of the Law on the SPO.
