Boshnjakovski: The government’s primary goal is to secure a two third majority

-

The parliament and all of its political parties have to follow the will of the citizens expressed at the referendum. At the moment, the process is at the parliament and there is an intent for securing a two-third majority, said today the government’s spokesperson, Mile Boshnjakovski.

Replying to a posted question by a journalist regarding the information published in several media that there will not be a meeting between Zoran Zaev and VMRO-DPMNE’s party leader Hristijan Mickoski and that he will opt for snap elections, the spokesperson said that the government’s primary goal is the talk with the MPs and to secure the necessary majority for achieving the constitutional changes that have resulted from the Prespa Agreement.

-We expect that the opposition MPs to follow the will of the citizens. That is the government’s primary goal and this message is sent again today. There is no dilemma that the process at the moment is in the Parliament and that a two third majority will have to be secured for the implementation of the Agreement with Greece and the constitutional changes – said Bishnjakovski.
