Immediately after the peaceful protest of “Teachers’ plenum” in front of the Ministry of Education, administrators of Facebook profile of the plenum noted that they could not log in. Profile was reported as fake and administrators of Facebook blocked/revoked it, say representatives of “Teachers’ plenum”.
– I cannot believe that this profile bothered someone so much in order to call for mass report on the profile as fake. If someone thought that, by extinction of our profile, our activity will also be extinct, it would be really funny and superficial thinking. A few hours ago we managed again to return the profile because we post activities of the plenum on it. However, the profile is not the only tool we use to communicate with the public. All interested parties can follow our activities, views, arguments and opinions on our blog or Facebook group and they themselves can actively engage with comments – says teacher Zhana Zhivadinovik from “Teachers’ plenum”.
