The Basic Court Skopje 1 approved of the indictment for participating in a terrorist organization and terrorism for the 29 accused in the case “Divo Naselje.” An exact date is yet to be determined for when they will sit in the dock. Today the court issued a statement, after it held a public session to review the indictment.
“The Council’s assessment of the indictment ruled that the indictment is approved, and any objections from the defendants are rejected as unfounded. After a detailed analysis of the allegations in the written objections in the indictment submitted to the court, and the allegations of the defendants and their lawyers made in a public session were held to assess the indictment and after considering the facts on which the act is based, the case has been approved by the Prosecution Act and any objections will be rejected as unfounded, ” read the statement.
Now it is expected from the courts council to determine, when the scheduled dates for the main hearing will be, and the court will inform the public on this matter further on.
