Bar Association: Solution needs to be found as soon as possible on the strike from UPOZ

The Macedonian Bar Association are appealing to find acceptable solutions as soon as possible regarding the strike of court administration employees, because as they say, lawyers are facing the consequences of the strikes of the court administration.

“The Macedonian Bar Association supports both sides finding an acceptable solution to the problems which are the reasons for the strike. With the utmost respect for the legal right to strike, we would like to emphasize that lawyers are suffering from the consequences of the poor performance of the courts, which is why the Bar Association expresses more interest in seeing the strike come to an early finish”, stated the Bar Association.

The strike organized by the Union of Workers of the Administration, Judicial Authorities, and Associations in the Republic of Macedonia who are known by their short name, UPOZ.
