Ahmeti: There is a willingness to resolve the crisis

-

After meeting with EU Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy Johannes Hahn, DUI leader Ali Ahmeti said that there is a willingness to resolve the crisis, but declined to disclose the proposals.

– I think the most important moment today is all political parties to overcome their interests and to set national interest before the party. In my opinion and according to conversations that I had, I see that all of them are ready to resolve the crisis and restore the country on track – said Ahmeti.

After the meeting with Ahmeti and Thaci, Hahn should meet with SDSM leader Zoran Zaev and Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, after which, depending on the course of individual conversations, it is possible a leadership meeting to be held late afternoon, which will be attended by MEPs Eduard Kukan, Ivo Vajgl and Richard Howitt.

According to the announcement, Hahn during the day will hold a press conference to reveal the manner of the negotiations and whether progress has been made to resolve the crisis.
