Presidents of the DUI and the SDSM, Ali Ahmeti and Zoran Zaev, today had a meeting which lasted half an hour where they discussed the current situation on the general amnesty granted to politicians signed by President Gjorge Ivanov, and about his resignation.
The position of both parties is that the decision to pardon by Ivanov should be revoked.
The DUI leader today signed a motion to impeach Ivanov’s presidency.
Ahmeti earlier today also met with the US Ambassador Jess Bailey, and the EU Ambassador Aivo Orav.
