The visit of the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, to Macedonia is still uncertain. Some of the media reported that Hahn would delay his arrival due to the mini-EU Summit on the refugee crisis, but now it is cancelled Hahn’s schedule is empty.
Neither the European Commission has precise information whether Hahn will visit Macedonia tomorrow or whether he’ll arrive arrives after the evaluation of conditions for credible early elections.
“So far we can not confirm that. We will inform you as soon as it is decided”, said Maja Kocijancic for “Meta”.
She could neither deny nor confirm the possibility of the next meeting, between political leaders and Commissioner Hahn, being held in Brussels instead of Skopje.
“The Commission is in constant contact with all political players on a daily basis”,said Commissioner Hahn’s spokeswoman.
