A workshop has been organized by Metamorphosis concerning on/off-line freedom of expression

The Foundation for Internet and Society “Metamorphosis” has organised a workshop titled, “Understanding freedom of expression online and offline”, and will take place at the Journal Club in Skopje, on 12th of April.

The workshop will present basic concepts concerning freedom of expression, as well as current and relevant standards regarding the European Court for Human Rights and freedom of expression on and off the Internet.

The basis for the workshop is a publication “The First Steps to Understanding Freedom of Expression Online and Offline”, which is supported by the American BAR Association (ABA ROLI) and the State Department as part of the Internet Freedom Project in Eastern Europe and Eurasia.

The publication is available in both, Macedonian and Albanian language, which will be working languages of the workshop, with accompanying interpretation also provided.
