A Law for the state inspectorate for the use of languages is underway

The Ministry of Justice is making a draft law for the State Inspectorate on the Use of Languages. The Unique national electronic register of regulations (ENER) states that the forming of the inspectorate is in accordance with Article 20 of the Law on use of languages, which predicts that this organ will function as part of the Ministry of Justice.

The goal of forming the inspectorate is monitoring and surveillance of the application of the Law on the use of languages in this country.
