Foreign nationals driving vehicles with foreign registration plates in North Macedonia can now check their traffic fines online and pay them electronically via the web app safecountry.mvr.gov.mk.
“Through the application, foreign nationals will be able to easily and directly obtain information about traffic violations recorded by the ‘Safe City’ system, review issued payment orders for traffic offences, and pay their fines electronically. When logging in, the driver needs to photograph or scan their travel document and enter the registration number of the vehicle or vehicles they use in our country,” the Ministry of Interior said.
In this way, foreign drivers whose vehicles are recorded committing a traffic offence anywhere in North Macedonia will be able to obtain information about the violation and settle their fines.
