The Public Prosecutor, Marko Zvrlevski, has come to a decision to form a Temporary Commission to trace possible election irregularities and fraud which could be committed during the organization and implementation of the elections which are scheduled for June 5, announced this afternoon the Public Prosecution.
In the announcement it stated that the Members of the Commission, will be made up of the prosecutors from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, four of the most Senior Public Prosecutor’s Offices, and also from the Basic Public Prosecution Skopje.
“Members of the Commission will be responsible for monitoring the electoral process and for all events they believe show indications of possible electoral irregularities they are obligated to pass the information to the competent Prosecutor’s Offices”, it said in the announcement by the prosecution.
Therefore, the commission informs the public that the commission will open a new official e-mail address for people to report electoral irregularities, where citizens and representatives of Civil Organizations will be able to write a report of any unlawful conduct in connection with the elections.
