Xhaferi has moved the session to start at 15h, Dimovski announces “more reactions”

-

Instead of starting at 11h, as was announced this morning by the Parliament’s press service, the first plenary session will start today at 15h. According to the Parliament’s latest press release, the agenda will not be changed – what will happen first is the continuation of the 8th session, on which schedule are 12 points, among which is the election of deputies of the Parliament’s General Secretary, including the Law for increasing the minimum wage.

The MPs will start the 13th continuation of the 6th session, during which there will be a vote for the dismissal of the Public Prosecutor, Marko Zvrlevski.

The President of the Parliament has announced yesterday that today there will be a vote for the dismissal of Zvrlevski that came after VMRO-DPMNE’s MPs left the session yesterday. The MPs have called upon a letter of the Anticorruption Committee according to which the period before the elections should not be used for discussions and dismissals of public servants.

Ilija Dimovski has announced yesterday that such acts are contrary to the Election Code. He confirmed for “Meta” agency that there will be more reactions by VMRO-DPMNE concerning this “violation of the law.”
