15 people accused of stealing the identity of the brother of the Prime Minister arrested in Serbia

-

In several cities in Serbia, more than 15 people were arrested this morning, as part of an investigation into identity theft of Andrej Vuchik, brother of Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vuchik.

It is an investigation of the case in which the ID card with data of Andrej Vuchik was used for registering the fictional enterprise “Asomakum”.

The question for the work of this company is raised in Serbian Parliament last fall by the MP of NS Zoran Zhivkovik.

Prime Minister Vuchik immediately said his brother’s identity was stolen and Interior Minister Nebojsha Stefanovik stressed that police “irrefutably established” that there was forging of the ID card of Andrej Vuchik.
