Skopje, 6 December, 2017 - 16:11 (META)

During the debate about the draft-budget for 2018, the MPs have accepted two amendments submitted by VMRO-DPMNE who didn’t participate in the today’s debate while 8 eight were rejected.

The accepted amendments contain a modified text and refer to subventions for pellet stoves and the TIR zone in Kumanovo.

According to SDSM’s MP, Jovan Mitrevski, the acceptance of these amendements submitted by the opposition means that the government wants to be constructive and to cooperate with them.

-The proposed amendments are divided into good and bad, and not who proposed them. It is necessary to discuss the good proposals and to divert funds for them from the draft-budget – said Mitrevski.

The MPs need to debate about 269 amendments more.

After the Committee’s break, the debate about the amendments will continue at 15.15h.
