The President of the European Council, Donald Tusk will be visiting Macedonia next week as part of his Balkan tour, confirmed Tusk’s cabinet for Meta.
“President Tusk will be on a regional tour to discuss among other things the implementation of the EU’s timely response to the migration crisis in the Eastern Mediterranean and to review the situation on the ground”, announced his cabinet.
Regarding the visit to Macedonia, his cabinet stresses that Tusk will be meeting with President Gjorge Ivanov.
“He will deliver a message from the European Council about the European perspective for the whole region. Inevitably, they will also discuss the situation in Macedonia”, stated Tusk’s cabinet, adding that more will follow at the press conference in Skopje.
