Gruevski announced open an unfinished factory in Shtip

Shtip, 26 August, 2015 - 14:04 (META)

In a hall with around forty knitting and embroidery machines, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski announced the start of production in the German factory Technical Textiles.

In front of the hall of 13,000 square meters were parked construction machines that waited for the ceremony to be over, because the yard only has sand, while the freshly-paved road was covered by a red carpet.

The manager of the factory Jins Winland said the company brought only 30 percent of the machines that were planned. After construction is over, the manager said, they will bring the high tech machines.

The investment worth 15 million euro employs 100 at the moment, mainly weavers, but until the end of the year it is planning to bring in 200 more who will produce fiber products for the construction industry. Winland said there were 1000 candidates for the 100 jobs. The capacity of the workforce was crucial, not the financial kickbacks from the Government, that is why the company chose to invest in Shtip.

Macedonian textile manufacturers who have Greek partners are under stressed for collection

Shtip, 7 July, 2015 - 14:33 (META)

Euro or Drachma is the issue that concerns Macedonian textile companies in the wake of the Greek crisis. The collection of payment for the finished works is a key issue of textile manufacturers, who in the past four years of economic crisis slowly decreased business relations with Greek partners. President of the Textile Cluster Marijana Perkovska said that the most affected are the confections in Prilep and Gevgelija, where companies work with Greek capital.

– The exchange rate of the euro caused chaos for us. In the past four years, we have sifted Greek companies with which we cooperate. Now they are reduced to a few – said Perkovska.

According to her, the Macedonian textile manufacturers have no large cooperation with the Greeks.

Representatives of Shtip textile companies say that the rare cooperation with Greek retailers went well until now, with fast collection of payment of 15 days. The main supplier of work is a mixed Greek-Macedonian company from Bogdanci. With it, as they say, there is no problem with the collection of payment, because it is working with Macedonian bank account. However, they add, the current cooperation with the few Greek partners is done with caution due to different predictions about whether Greece will remain in the Eurozone.

Shtip companies work with partners in the Benelux countries and the main partner Germany. There are orders, and the only problem remains the fall of the exchange rate, because it also devalues the labor of Macedonian textile companies.

Shtip, 18 April, 2015 - 15:14 (META)

Citizens of Shtip take part in the restoration of democracy in Macedonia. What was the involvement of Shtip University in questionable dealings with the government and businessmen in Shtip unwilling to cooperate with the government are pressured by it, as well as for employment on the University “Goce Delchev” is enough for someone to refer to Antonio Miloshoski, are part of the conversations presented by president of the Municipal Organization of SDSM in Shtip Vladimir Miloshev at today’s press conference.

In telephone conversations between MP Antonio Miloshoski and rector of Shtip University “Goce Delchev” Sasha Mitrev, it is heard as employment of a person close to Miloshoski, who would first start volunteering there, and then would be employed, is agreed.

Silvana Boneva and Nadica Tancheva discuss about the former mayor of Shtip Zoran Aleksoski. A similar discussion takes place between Vlatko Kostadinov and head of the Customs Administration Vlatko Mijalkov, according to whom, the former mayor is a strange man, and some believe that “he is not all there.”

Mile Janakieski and Vancho Kostadinovski agree to take pensioners on a weekend in Greece and Serbia to keep them on the border in order to prevent them voting.

Mile Janakieski said that he could not count on the President of the Municipal Organization in Centar, because, according to him, “he is stupid” and added that he will leave theirs.

Stavreski and Jankuloska express their opinion for Janakieski with worst possible words (“bastard” etc.) and finally concluded that he is “a bad copy of Nikola”.

In a conversation between Gordana Jankuloska and Zoran Stavreski, Vice Prime Minister Vladimir Peshevski is also mentioned.

Minister complains that she goes wherever there is hard work to be done, while he goes wherever his photograph should be taken.

In another conversation, Jankuloska and Stavrevski say about Vice Prime Minister Vladimir Peshevski that he is “garbage, rude and dishonest man, hypo, a piece of meat, and very viciously man”.

Gruevski from Shtip: We will continue and nobody will stop us

Штип, 29 March, 2015 - 15:33 (META)

The ruling VMRO-DPMNE today held a national gathering in Shtip on which party leader Nikola Gruevski, despite retrospective of realized infrastructural and economic projects and the announcement of new ones, sent a message to the opposition that “as hard as they try” with their scenarios for coming to power and “working for foreign service”, they will continue with the projects and nobody will stop them.
– Not only that three are being built, but a fourth, highway Kichevo – Gostivar, will also be built. We do that, we will continue doing it and nobody will stop us. Nobody is going to stopus. We know that it is the aim and that it hurts, because we advance, we build factories. They don’t like that. Projects will continue and there are a growing number of investors – said Gruevski.
He accused opposition leader Zoran Zaev, to whom for the most part of the speech referred to as “the guy from the opposition”, that after his associates realized that the published “bombs” have a small turnout in public, plans staging of interethnic tension.
– We all have to be maximally calm and not allow them to carry out the final for which their operation is invented. Let’s not allow them to make us fight on a political, religious or ethnic line. We all together must help in that. Let’s talk to our neighbors, friends, all of our fellow citizens, not to allow them to succeed in the script they constructed. Institutions will do maximum efforts something like that not to happen and stability to be maintained – said the leader of VMRO-DPMNE.
At today’s meeting, among other things, Gruevski also announced an increase in the salaries of uniformed officers in the Ministry of Interior and their compliance with the salaries of uniformed officers in Customs in the period from April 2015 to December 2017.
– The total increase in wages for the period April 2015 – December 2017 will be 15 to 20 percent, i.e. approximately 3,000 denars per worker per month. The measure is applicable immediately, i.e. with the payment of salary for April 2015, which will be paid in May. Salaries paid in May will be higher than the April salary for about 4 to 5 percent, depending on the starting base. Thanks to the Macedonian police. We are indebted to them, and grateful for what they do. Good luck to them! Gruevski said.
Before Gruevski, on the gathering which, like the previous ones, was enriched with cultural – artistic program, addressed VMRO-DPMNE MP Nikola Micevski and Vice Premier for Economic Affairs Vladimir Peshevski.
In his address, Peshevski said that the opposition “with the recent “bombs”, damage our relations with China, which has proven to be a strategic and trustworthy partner of Macedonia, for a petty political profit”.
It may cost Macedonia a lot. Let’s send a message to those who want to see Macedonia on its knees. To tell them that it will not happen – said Peshevski.

Thirteenth salary for administration

Штип, 19 March, 2015 - 12:22 (META)

Administration will receive extra pay, but only a fraction of them. With a thirteenth salary will be rewarded five percent of the best in the administration, according to marks that they will receive from the citizens and their superiors. This legal news presented by the Minister of Information Society and Administration Ivo Ivanovski.

– In addition, in terms of career advancement for employees, at the beginning of the year, objective indicators of supervisors are set and based on these indicators, the success of the employee will be measured. The assessment will be much more objective than what we now have in the Republic of Macedonia, where the assessment will be done by your colleagues, citizens and those above and below you, and of course, the top five percent of employees will receive thirteenth salary – Ivanovski said.

With the new systematization prepared in state and municipal institutions, there cannot be more than 50 percent employments of the number of the current employees. These are the legal changes that apply in the state, municipal and public administration.

Minister Ivanovski didn’t say where would those 3,000 people with temporary contracts fit in, those whose employment would be transformed.

Several unions last week criticized the legal changes, especially in the part of demonstrating expensive Certificate of Language Proficiency that they will have to pay themselves on every two years.

Water level of rivers reduced, damages are being repaired

Штип, 24 January, 2015 - 14:02 (META)

After the heavy rain, the water level of rivers around the country is reducing, and crews are clearing the places where there was outpouring, say representatives of the Directorate for Protection and Rescue.
Major damage was caused in Lakavica region, where villages Lakavica and Leskovica are without electricity, while the water in Shtip is prohibited for drinking.
Representatives of the Municipality of Shtip say they are monitoring the situation with the water level of rivers in Shtip and Lakavica region after the outpouring of rivers Lakavichka and Baltaliska, as well as after the outpouring of Bregalnica and the water outflow from the dam Mantovo.
– After the withdrawal of water from the basin of Otinja, minimal damage to the riverbed was determined. The stone wall showed stamina and there is damage only in the third part, next to the bridge at the church “St. Nikola”. Private machinery is already working on bringing a new buffer and soil in order to return this part of the track and riverbed to their previous state. Clogging of the collector in the church “St. Nikola” was also registered last night and, with the urgent intervention of PE “Isar”, the problem was solved in an hour and a half – say representatives of the Municipality of Stip.
They invite all concerned parties who have damages to report to come to the municipality or to remain where they are, where they will be visited by teams to assess the damages and archive everything is destroyed and damaged.
Outpouring of river Bregalnica and flooding of the homes in Novo Selo as two years ago was prevented. Homes were protected by placing sandbags, and the level of river Bregalnica was controlled by active contacts with the competent authorities in order to prevent outpouring and causing damage to the property of the residents of Novo Selo.
Drinking water in Shtip is not usable due to mudding of wells by heavy rainfall, and residetns can temporary supply water from water tanks sent by Public Enterprise “Isar”.
