The individual who attacked Šekjerinska in Parliament has been summoned for questioning by the Prosecution

The person with the A.P. initials who attacked SDSM’s MP, Radmila Šekjerinska at the Parliament during the incidents on the 27th of April, last night was questioned by the Public Prosecution.

On the videos recorded during the attacks by the protesters at the Parliament and were spread out on the social media networks, it can be seen that A.P. is pulling Šekjerinska by her hair.

On the 30th of April, the Basic Public Prosecution announced that seven persons out of the fifteen suspected for the outburst of violence at the Parliament were arrested. On the 2nd of May, Basic Court Skopje I announced that it has determined a custody of eight days for a person related to the incidents at the Parliament.

The Criminal Court finished questioning Gordana Jankuloska

The questioning of the former Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska came to an end at the Criminal Court after a for a several hours.

Neither Jankulosksa or her lawyer, Nikola Dodevski would to comment on the questioning or the outcome of the hearing.

The Judge has to decide whether to accept or reject the request from the Special Prosecutor’s Office and will determine whether to take the suspect into custody for pre-trial detention.

Recently, others have been questioned by the Criminal Court such as, the former Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski , a person who is identified only with the initials I.G who is a member of the Municipal Election Commission and the Mayor of Pustec Edmond Temelko,

Not one of the suspects who have been before a Judge at the Court were taken into custody for pre-trial detention, which was specifically requested by the SPP.

For the former ministers, the Mayor, several members of the Municipal Election Committees, judges in the Administrative Courts and the Secretary General of the Government, Kiril Bozinovski, they all have official open investigations and are charged with, organized crime, violation of the right to vote, violation of the freedom to vote, bribery and the destruction of electoral material .
