The meeting of the Action group of the Przhino Agreement is taking place, after all, in the Parliament Club. The venue has been changed at the last moment. The meeting was scheduled to take place in the offices of OSCE in Skopje.
From the OSCE office they say they received a short notice that the meeting will not take place in their premises. OSCE is unaware of the reason for the change of venue.
The team from SDSM at the meeting is comprised of Radmila Shekerinska, Damjan Manchevski and Cvetanka Ivanova. VMRO-DPMNE representatives are the same from the last meeting- Nikola Poposki and Nikola Todorov. DUI representatives are Musa Dzaferi, Artan Grubi and Fatmir Besimi. DPA sent Imer Aliu, Bekim Fazliu and Luan Tresi.
The topics of the meeting today are the electoral laws, changes in the law related to the elections, the new electoral list, the composition of the State Elections Commission and voting in the diaspora.
In accordance with the Agreement of June 2 and July 15, the parties have to put together around ten Action groups which will work on implementing the propositions that had been reached on those days.
At the meeting that took place last week the representatives were also discussing electoral laws. At that meeting besides representatives of the four big political parties and representatives of OSCE, also present were the non government organizations Most, Civil and from the Ministry of Justice.
