SEC: The Electoral Roll will be cleansed in facilities which block radio frequencies

The aim and task of the State Election Commission is to conduct elections under the Constitution and by laws of the state, and the results to be recognised and accepted by all candidates, contestants and citizens said the SEC Chairman Aleksandar Chicakovski at today’s press conference .
Chicakovski added that the SEC are doing everything  in the power to make the electoral roll into something everyone has confidence and believes in, and that there is no wrong data.
He added that he still does not know when the cross-checking will start of the list, because so far they have signed a memorandum of cooperation with only four state institutions. The SEC Chairman said he had prepared internal procedures to protect personal information. Also, they have engaged five IT consultants, four of which are appointed by political parties and an international expert, who is to be the team leader. Chicakovski says that they have facilities where they can carry out such inspections. He said that the facility has a built in system for information security, surveillance and the technology to block radio frequencies.
