The Social Democratic Union of Macedonia at 10.30 this morning will submit at the Parliament of Republic of Macedonia an initiative for extending the constitutive session at the Parliament, during which, a new president of the Parliament will be elected, announced SDSM.
Immediately after submitting the initiative, at the Parliament’s press center, a statement for the press will be given by SDSM’s secretary and MP Oliver Spasovski.
Yesterday, DUI announced that party leader, Ali Ahmeti, during yesterday’s meeting, informed the Ambassador of Slovenia to the country, Milan Jazbec, about the initiative for a parliamentary coordination for the election of a president of Parliament.
“DUI held talks with the main parliamentary parties for initiating a parliamentary coordination in order to continue and end the constitutive session at Parliament. The newly elected president of Parliament after the ending of that session will have to inform the president of the state about the new parliamentary majority and to ask a mandate be given for forming the government”, said Ahmeti at the meeting with Jazbec.
