An investigator from the Special Public Prosecution was detained and taken to Beko police station. After visiting the police station, Chief Special Prosecutor, Katica Janeva stated that the they would not explain to the prosecutors why the investigator had been detained.
“The investigator who was taken into police custody at Beko police station has returned to the premises of the SPO. The investigator in question was tasked to secure a person in a particular investigation. The investigator was held without any grounds. We have no written document for his arrest”, said Janeva front of the police station Centre.
She and her team headed back to the Administration of Security and Counterintelligence, because tonight, another investigator from the SPO, who was on duty at the UBK, was removed from the premises and is now located in the courtyard of the Interior Ministry.
